Delivery and Returns

Postage is charged at the applicable flat rate of £3.95.  (There are different rates for (i) United Kingdom and Channel Islands and (ii) the rest of the world).

Your order will normally be packed and dispatched with DHL or Royal Mail, with a second-class post or equivalent service within 48 hours of your order being placed, although during busy periods this time period may be up to 7 days.  We dispatch Monday through to Friday with orders placed before 10.30am, often sent out that same day. During the festive season, we kindly ask you to allow a little patience as delivery times can be longer than planned.

Current shipping time/delivery times displayed on our website are to provide a guideline only and are not guaranteed.  We shall not be liable to you for any delays in delivery.

Please note that customers are solely responsible for entering complete and correct postal details for each order. We are not liable or responsible for any lost orders owing to incorrect information being given.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received it.  It must be unopened (with all packaging intact).  We will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.  You are responsible for the costs of the return postage.

All goods with a clear error in manufacture will be replaced at no extra cost to you. All returns are inspected by a member of staff and a decision whether to replace or refund will be made where applicable.

We shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages or expenses. This includes, but is not limited to, damage to property, lost income, profits, economic or commercial losses and third-party claims.

This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
