New for the 2023 festive season, I am excited to introduce two new delicious seasonal flavours as part of my Gigantic Button range. Alongside the development of my brand new, gorgeously illustrated boxes, I have added Comfort and Joy as well as Glorious Gatherings to my Gigantic Chocolate Button offering. I absolutely love the Christmas period, spending time with friends and loved ones, embracing the magic with my little ones whilst cosying up on dark, star lit nights. I feel my two new chocolate button flavours embody these things, but just what are they?
Comfort and Joy
As a child, I have fond memories of delving into my stocking on Christmas morning to retrieve presents along with the customary clementine, whether I had been naughty or nice, it was always there! I loved it, the fresh citrus smell and taste with bright orange would add rich colours to an often dark Christmas morning.
As I matured, Christmas became a time of warmth, one filled with the spices and smells from cooking and baking, listening to laughter and chatter around the table before curling up in front of the fire. I have drawn on this sense of nostalgia for my Comfort and Joy chocolate buttons, combining rich, smooth dark chocolate with zesty clementine, capturing this much cherished Christmas moment.
Glorious Gatherings
My second new festive flavour is Glorious Gatherings, taking inspiration from the ever-popular party cocktail, espresso martini. As the year draws to a conclusion, many of us find ourselves ready to party, to celebrate achievements and cheer in the start of new beginnings. A cocktail in hand, music in the air with sparkles all around. Such moments are even more meaningful since the pandemic and I truly feel Glorious Gatherings embodies the sentiment of getting together to kick your heels up.
Crafted especially for the festive party season, the espresso martini buttons blend smooth, creamy milk chocolate with chocolate coffee beans and coffee liquor extract. It’s a combination many of you have been asking for so I am sure they will sell out fast!
