RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

Your legal right to cancel an online order depends on the type of goods purchased.

For eligible non-perishable and non-personalised goods, you generally have 14 days from the day after receiving the goods to tell us that you wish to cancel your order.

After notifying us, you generally have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Certain goods may be excluded from the statutory right to cancel, including goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, personalised or custom-made goods, and certain sealed goods where the seal has been broken for health or hygiene reasons.

If you wish to cancel or return an eligible order, please contact us at hello@joshschocolate.co.uk.

Where a return is accepted, goods should be returned in their original condition where reasonably possible.

Unless the goods are faulty, damaged or incorrect, you may be responsible for the cost of return postage.

FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT GOODS

If your goods arrive damaged, are faulty, are not as described or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible.

We may ask for photographs or other information to help us assess the issue.

Where appropriate, we will provide a replacement, refund or other remedy in accordance with your statutory rights.

REFUNDS

Where a refund is due, it will be made to the original payment method.

We will process refunds within the time required by applicable consumer law.

If you exercise a statutory right to cancel an eligible order, any refund of delivery costs will be limited to the cost of our standard delivery option where required by law.

YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
