Thank you for shopping with Josh's Chocolate. We aim to prepare and deliver your order as quickly as possible.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days, Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.

DELIVERY TIMES

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.

Once dispatched, UK orders are typically delivered within 2–5 working days.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by courier delays, adverse weather, peak trading periods or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are shown at checkout.

We offer free UK delivery on orders over £50.

From time to time, we may offer promotional delivery rates, which will be clearly displayed on our website.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Where tracking is available, you will receive tracking information by email after your order has been dispatched.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES

Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

If an incorrect address is supplied, we cannot guarantee that the parcel can be recovered or that a refund can be provided where an order has been delivered to the address supplied at checkout.

LOST OR DELAYED ORDERS

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at orders@joshschocolate.co.uk.

We will work with the delivery carrier to investigate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

DAMAGED PARCELS

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible and include photographs of the packaging and damaged items where available.

We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement, refund or other remedy where applicable.
