From our signature Gigantic Buttons to beautifully illustrated chocolate bars and indulgent hot chocolate, everything we make is created with care, flavour and a little Cornish character.
A love of good food started it all
Josh’s Chocolate grew from a lifelong love of good food, great chocolate and the place Josh has always called home.
Growing up at Callestick Farm shaped that connection from an early age. Surrounded by family, farming and local produce, Josh learnt the value of making things properly and with care — something that still sits at the heart of the business today.
Coming home to create something of his own
In 2019, Josh returned to Cornwall with an idea: to create really good chocolate with personality.
The aim was never just to make another chocolate bar. It was to create something that combined great flavour with the places, memories and everyday moments that make Cornwall feel like home.
Handmade at Callestick Farm
Today, our chocolate is handmade in small batches at Callestick Farm near Truro.
From melting and tempering to moulding, decorating and packing, care goes into every stage of the process so each bar and Gigantic Button tastes as good as it looks.

Cornwall runs through everything we make.
Our flavours, names and illustrated packaging are inspired by beach walks, sea swims, woodland rambles, sunsets, festivals and the simple pleasures of life by the coast.
Every product tells a small part of that story — a little taste of Cornwall, wherever you happen to be.
