This bar was inspired by the magical walk across the ancient causeway to St Michael’s Mount at low tide, sea shimmering on either side, salty air all around and the feeling of crossing somewhere truly special.

Rich chocolate and Cornish sea salt capture a little of that meeting between land and sea in every bite.
